WE'RE ON A MISSION


On the surface, we exist to help girl athletes get out of pain, work through injuries, reduce the risk of future injuries and improve overall performance and athleticism. However, our mission runs deeper than that.

Ultimately, we exist to keep girls in sport while developing a positive relationship with movement and acquiring health-focused habits that will last long after the final whistle blows.

TGP offers manual therapy, chiropractic care, physical rehab, strength training and lifestyle guidance for girl athletes who are looking to improve their performance. 

Treatment plans and training programs are designed by a Doctor of Chiropractic with years of education and experience in treating, training and coaching girl athletes. With that, all plans and programs are centered around the unique needs of girl athletes and are completely personalized based on each individual athletes needs and goals. 

Our providers design all plans and programs to meet the unique anatomical and physiological needs of girl athletes. We will guide you in decreasing pain while playing, recovering from injury quicker, reducing overall injury risk, getting strong and, most importantly, maintaining joy to avoid burn-out and keep girls in sport. 

As former competitive athletes, we understand the physical, mental, social and emotional aspects of sport. Basically, we get what you’re going through because we’ve been there too. 

So, we created a space and offer services exactly for you – the girl athlete.

PROJECT:

GAME-READY

Feel good going into a big game, tournament or tryout. Spend 30-minutes receiving manual therapy and/or supplemental exercises to optimize performance and recovery while competing or training. 

PROJECT:

REHAB

Rehab is training in the presence of pain or injury. Spend 60-minutes training in a way that is safe and effective for you and your condition. We will sprinkle in any manual therapy as needed. The time is dedicated to not only get you out of pain but keep you out of pain.

PROJECT:

STRENGTH

A solid strength program will improve overall athletic performance while reducing risk for injuries. That’s the goal here. Spend 60-minutes learning how to move well in a way that will help you reach your specific athletic goals.
