By week 8 she is stronger, more confident, and has the habits and tools to keep going whether she trains in the fall cohort or on her own.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No! Every athlete is assessed in the first week and programming is adjusted to meet her where she is.
This program is designed to complement her sport, not compete with it. In fact, building strength during the summer is exactly what will help her perform better when season starts.
Possibly. Reach out first so we can talk through it. Hannah can assess whether small group is the right fit or whether 1:1 rehab makes more sense first.
This is the first cohort of an ongoing program. A fall cohort will follow and current summer athletes get first access to register.
You can pay in full at registration or split into two equal payments. Ages 9-11: Two payments of $239. Ages 12-18: Two payments of $259.
Our initial visit is $150 for a 60-minute session and is required for all athletes new to TGP. Based on our initial evaluation, and learning about your goals and needs, we discuss our recommendations for treatment and/or training.
